When selecting your room preferences DO NOT choose a room type that you are not willing to accpet, if offered.

Please see below the link to apply to the Dunaras Waiting List for the academic year 2018/19.

The first step will be to enter an e-mail address to receive an application code – it must be an e-mail address you have immediate access to, to retrieve the code, and does not have to be the e-mail address of the student applying.

If you have already applied to live at Gort na Coiribe or Centrepoint, please use an alternative e-mail to receive the initial access code on the first page of the application.

If you do not receive your application code straight away please check your junk-mail folder.

All applicants will go straight onto our Wait List – you will not be asked to pay a deposit. If a room becomes available for you we will be in contact via email.

When you select a room type and the system advises that it is not available but allows you to go on the Wait List, this is normal – please proceed.

If the licensee wishes to cancel or is unsuccessful in their application to their chosen college, the licensee must cancel in writing by email by 12:00pm on Tuesday 21st August 2018. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.

In the event of following the above cancellation procedure, a €100 administration fee will be deducted from the booking/damage deposit and the remainder refunded. Refunds will be issued by bank transfer only. If the applicant cancels after the cut-off point outlined above, no refund will be issued.

If the applicant cancels after having paid the first moiety, the onus will be on the licensee to find a replacement applicant. Dun Aras has no obligation to find an alternative licensee. Failure to do so will result in the applicant losing all monies paid.

We do offer payment plans, terms and conditions apply. Please enquire direct with the office.

In the event of early departure before the expiry of the License Agreement, the onus will be on the licensee to find a replacement for their accommodation.  Dun Aras has no obligation to find an alternative applicant to fill this bed space.  Failure to refill the bed space will result in the applicant/resident losing all monies paid including deposit.  The cancellation fee and any other deductions will apply to all cancellations during the course of the tenancy.
